Hmm.The balance isn't very good.Try to get more different pokemon types and don't teach them only offensive moves.Also you need a physical wall and some pokemon whith moves like stealth rock,spikes,leech seed and toxic.They help a lot.

Talking about Milotic,you need to do fishing in Mt Coronet for about 2-3 hrs..That's the time I took to get a Feebas though..=P

But I may give you one when I get wi-fi network again!I caught a whole lot in Platinum!^.~

You can breed it with a ditto and trade it in gts, thats what im doing. People will give some nice pokemon.

My palkia is not effective against ice he is steel too. Only dragon effects him

Dragonite:Fishing with a super rod in Mt.Coronet for Dratini(Sorry I forgot which floor is it but not the basement floor)

Gardevoir:Use a PokeRadar at either Route 203,204 for Ralts or Kirlia.

Milotic:Fishing with a Super rod at the B1 floor of Mt.Coronet(It's super hard to find,only 4 random fishing spots in the lake)

To evolve Feebas:Give it lots of Poffins made from Pamtre Berry and it's better that each one is more than Lv.25.
