You know, it may not be fleas. My dog has a skin condition where his skin is very very sensitive to shampoos and everyday pathogens (I know, sounds kind of retarded) but he scratches ALL THE TIME and he seriously has little * if any at all* fleas.

The tag on this video is 'flea collar' - if the dog's scratching that much at the flea collar you need to take it off. They're actually really bad for animals, especially if the skin is already irritated or if the dog's scratching at the collar. Think of it - pesticides and other chemicals sitting directly on the skin. Not a good idea. :( I hope the dog's ok.
