They passed the Medicare Advantage plans and the drug prescription plans WITHOUT any funding. The Republicans are in an all out effort to ordain and establish the Corporate States of America and they will not let the pain of the American people stand in their way.

These rich old men are saying to you that you and your loved ones do not deserve the access to health care that we provide for them. Do you hear what the Republicans are saying? If you are unemployed, Senator Bunning (Ky Republican) says, in his words, "Tough sh-t." If you or your loved ones need access to health care, the Republicans choose to protect corporate profits and those multi-million CEOs instead. They do not care about the deficit.

Can you hear what the Republicans are saying? They are pulling a "Gingrich." Gingrich shut down the federal government, too, remember? If you are unemployed, the Republicans believe that those unemployment benefits entice you to not look for work. Do you hear that? These rich old men have no idea who the Americans are. We Americans provide through our tax dollars excellent access to health care for them.

Ok I'll buy that but we democrats were trying to block contentious judges and they made it to the supreme court anyway. So what did we gain? The republicans were banking on keeping the majority. It would be pretty nice to have that nuclear option now don't you think? Should have called their bluff.
