This album is superb. Some tracks get you instantly like House of Mirrors but others creep up on you and eventually smother you in their brilliance. This being the perfect example.

Answer: Joy Division - Atmosphere.The descending chimes that, funny enough, occur at 1:17 in their tune, thus seeming intentional on placement within both songs perhaps?
