  • What is it with chessy drive inn classics like this that we love to watch so much!!!!The last time I saw this one was on the Drive Inn Channel a while back and thanks to you,I got a chance to watch it again. Thanks a million buddy!!!

  • Oh yeah, this is that movie about that hippie vampire[saw this as a kid late 1970s]

  • TOTAL NOSTALGIA!!! I remember seeing this movie on TV when I was 6 years old one night, when my parents were asleep. It scared the heck out of me. Its still fun to watch 35 years later!

  • Pico is hot!

  • Enjoyable. Decent ending. Never knew leeches were so dangerous to vampires though!

  • Memorable movie.. really find Pops death sad. Like "Needful Things" and "The Tommyknockers" by Stephen King.. I like the metaphor for vampires as *drugs* that are so cool in the beginning, but then suddenly you've decayed. It's kind of like the '70s.. things seemed to be cool there for a moment (and then all of sudden, they just weren't).

  • @AstralPixie thus is everything. Every social movement begins with a strong vibe, whether it be the hippie movement, disco, break dancing, heavy metal, grundge, rap, hip hop, the media gets behind it, promotes it and the youth of each decade get behind it and actualyl believe it. BUT, then that youth grows up, experiences life as adults or young adults, they mature, the media stop promoting it, and suddenly it fades it. Thus it was, and thus it shall be again.

  • wowwwwww...what a flashback!!!!!!I remember this from way back when it was at my old hometown theater(which was torn down 20 years ago)They had a matinee of two of Robert Quarry's movies,"Count Yorga:Vampire",and this one and I loved them both!!!Thanks for this posting..very cool :-)
