  • I commented on form before I realize why they do it, it's ok to use bad form(momentum) when you burning out at the end of your workout. And light weights usually are the best to use when burning out in drop sets. So if light weights make me a pussy in your small world, so be it. Good talk though.

  • @johnosandra I'm sure you lift the entire gym. But some people actually workout out strategically. If light weights are for pussy's then in your book, that fine with me. I in fact do use light weights to burn out. Try not to get some emotional on YouTube, it shows weakness...good talk though.

  • @Imdarwin incorrect they use momentum to work out longer and rip the muscle more efficiently the testesterone or steroids (helps synthesize the proteins) and the proteins rebuild the muscle.

  • @huggis63 I don't view steroids as "cheating." These guys still have to put in the time and effort in the gym. The steroids only gives them an extra boost so they have more energy when they workout. I think of steroids as more of a pre-workout shake. That being said, I wouldn't take steroids because

    A) Don't want to endanger health

    B) Not trying to get THAT big

  • @arnakie I didn't say he wants to fight but people can start a fight with you anywhere. Most people who workout want the opposite sex to be more attracted to them well I know I do.

    This guy could have a super hot wife but I know most girls want a guy who is toned and slightly built. Most girls even prefer fat and skinny guys more than bodybuilders.

  • @MrWaterman080 No it's for ribcage expansion and it's devolope the bulk of the chest and also works the lats alot and if you bend your arms like that then it will heavily recruit the long head of your triceps.
