It was 100 percent the fault of the dealer that the hand WAS ALLOWED to be played that way. She did not wait for the third player to make a decision as it was his turn to act after the two all in's in front of him. She can't claim she thought he folded because it is the duty of the dealer to have the player in that spot either muck his hand or take in his bet. I would have asked the floor man to remove her.

Dealer wasn't paying attention. This is a "Premature River" therefore the Dealer must shuffle the river card back into the deck and w/o burning put a new river card... can't beleive the floor guy and dealer were clueless about this incident... terrible!

The floor made the right ruling at the time, blame goes to the dealer though. 1) She should have noticed that the player in seat 9(?) still had a bet to call. 2) She sat there while the two argued about it for 30 seconds before calling the floor when she should be controlling the game.

How many of you guys realize that they were arguing for $20-.....seat 9 bet $100, seat 1 went all-in.... the other guy who won the main pot called all-in with ~$24....after the dealer gave the main pot to the short stack player, seat 1 had $98 left, and seat 9's rack had ~four stacks of twenty singles($1) left..... if I were the seat 9 guy, just give the money, rather than looked like a shit.....

Dealer wasn't paying attention. This is a "Premature River" therefore the Dealer must shuffle the river card back into the deck and w/o burning put a new river card... can't beleive the floor guy and dealer were clueless about this incident... terrible!

Terrible floor. The angle shooter should be thrown out and if he ever returns will b on final warning. If the floor ruled the player never acted on the all in on the turn the correct ruling is to shuffle the river back in complete action and deal a new river. Then throw his ass out. So basically the guy we can't see didn't say anything on the turn, then when the river came out, he says, 'wait, I never said I called the turn?" Sorry Charlie, whatever the going rate on the turn is...your money is now in. If you didn't want to play, you should have folded. Back in the old days, this kinda angle would require a meeting with Vinnie and Sal in the parking lot, if you know what I mean.

It's the dealer's job to ensure that play is progressing accordingly, but they're human and make mistakes too - so you've really gotta look out for yourself. Also, one of the other players remarked that it was a dickish move for him to call the guy out on this, but he's wrong because if the player who held his cards made his hand, I'm sure he would have said that he won.

I say the ruling then shoujld have been that the river was prematurely exposed. Put the card back in the deck and shuffle it up. give the crook in seat 8/9 the choice to call the all in or fold. Oh and then throw out the guy making the film. That is not allowed in general i don't think

Dealer and players fault, player has responsibility to keep up with the action also. She tapped the table(only once tho) this tells the player card is coming, he said nothing. if he is saying he didnt call then the card comes back, action completed and river redealt. Obvious angle, you call 100 but not gonna call the other 40? yeah right

The floor made the right ruling at the time, blame goes to the dealer though. 1) She should have noticed that the player in seat 9(?) still had a bet to call. 2) She sat there while the two argued about it for 30 seconds before calling the floor when she should be controlling the game.
Dealers make mistakes though, and I hope this is just a minor mistake she made that usually isn't repeated. Oh yeah, and a big kick in the nuts to the angle shooter.

What should of happened:-
Guy that pulled the angle should of been given an official warning by the casino for pulling the obvious angle shoot. But get to keep his money.
Victim that lost out should of received the value of the money lost in comps in the form of food and drink vouchers for the casino (not in money or chips)
Dealer should of been changed (everyone makes mistakes and its a hard life being a dealer but to save any bad blood or future arguments)

why wouldnt the original bettor say, "hold on, i havent acted yet, dont deal the river." UNLESS he was pulling a ugly angle shoot? he chips were out there. the dealer showed the river. the remaining two players show down the side pot.
if he wanted to fold, his cards should have been in the muck, and not showing down at the river.
