  • I watch this vid at least once a week and its a beautiful reminder of why im vegan

  • Great video! I felt like i wanted to cry when i saw the sad pics of the animals. It makes me proud that I am vegan and that I dont support the meat and dairy industry anymore.

  • Go Vegan!

  • The problem i have with most of the vegans that want everyone else to be vegan too, is that most of them sound like fanatics..

  • @LeftyLike Interestingly, I've found that most people who defend using animals like yourself, want others to be animal users too. ;-) and if others won't comply with their beliefs that animals are here for us to use, and if they do not want to participate in the violence of animal use, then they are abused. So I would say that it is actually the reverse. It is people who push for animal use who are "fanatics" because they are promoting a morally unjustifiable position and promoting violence

  • B R A V O ! ! !

  • @LiveVegan Well that's debateable, with regards to women. They may not be in the eyes of the law but they still are to an extent considered property within the wider context of society. Yes I know non-humans are considered chattel!!! I am VEGAN!! And I did say quote "maybe preaching was the wrong word"!!

  • @courtsarecorrupt Women may be treated as property in some other parts of the world, but legally they are not property, so they have some rights. Hence I am making the distinction between being thought of as property, and actually legally being property.

  • What's your stance on a cockroach infestation of your home, or insecticide in general, like the ones who eat our crops or something? I'm just curious is all, since i was looking into veganism and stuff.

  • @KingPiccoloDaimao I think there are all kinds of ways we can prevent "infestations" --- keeping products in containers, keeping the environment clean and so on. There are also natural repellents to cockroaches etc that we can use. All we can do is our best to avoid situations such as this, and do what we can not to cause harm.

  • The saying "all things in moderation" is so ambiguous that it can be used to justify almost anything.

You either oppose animal abuse or you don't. There is no middle fence here.

  • You can't imagine killing an animal with your own hands? then you should stop eating meat, it's that simple. It's the basic "argument" I use when talking to an anti-vegetarian and it usually shuts them up :) nobody will gladly admit to being capable of slitting a chicken's throat in cold blood... Anyway, great video

  • I will be Vegan forever, I refuse to fund, support or accept the idea of animals as objects. They exist for their own reasons and are not for humans to use any more than blacks are for whites to use, or women for men to use.

  • @ALLMYHEROSWEARMASKS Check out this site AbolitionistApproach(dot)com

  • Read up on mark twain

  • @LiveVegan ok, maybe preaching was the wrong word. But you are telling me things I already know. I don't know everything, but I have done my research on non-human slavery, hence why I said preaching. Well humans were once considered property, and to an extent they still are especially women. And there is a strong correlation between how women and non-humans are treated and how they are viewed. Just because humans are not legally considered chattel property doesn't mean they aren't treated t/way

  • @courtsarecorrupt Yes but at least they are not legally chattel property. Nonhumans however are considered chattel property. I do not consider advocating nonviolence as "preaching".

  • I absolutely love this video. Im not a vegan, but watching this has seriously made me want to change my ways. A few months ago i found out wat i wanted to do with life, and that is to help the animals of this planet, and to help the environment, I want to do anything to free this planet from the torment that many humans inflict upon it. And the vegan philosophy is absolutely perfect for me. I wanna start off slow, and slowly ween myself from meat, would anyone like to help me???? :3

  • @mirokuxsango538 I would suggest getting hold of a copy of Becoming Vegan: The Complete Guide to Adopting a Healthy Plant-Based Diet by Brenda Davis & Vesanto Melina. This is a good start in regards nutritional information. I would also suggest checking out abolitionistapproach(dot)com because veganism is so much more than a diet. Veganism is a refusal to wear or consume animal products. Check this out vegan(dot)fm(forwardslash)pamphlet Write me privately if u need more info. Cheers :)

  • @mirokuxsango538 PS: one more comment: Veganism is also a refusal to use animals in any way. Every other animal deserves at least one right -- the right not to be used as property and veganism is the step to taking that right seriously. It's the minimum standard of decency. I also invite you to join my facebook page - facebook(dot)com/livevegan & check this out animalemancipation(dot)com

  • @mirokuxsango538 I'll help you, what would you like to know?

  • @mirokuxsango538 consider subscribing to the blog AbolitionistApproach(dot)com & Boston Vegan Association will have a nutritional guide shortly.

  • @LiveVegan

This is the most wonderful video and the very best promotion of veganism that I have ever seen! I intend to share in on Facebook and with all my email friends!! How anyone can defend, or try to defend, the cruelty of using fellow sentient beings for food, clothing, lab experiments or any other selfish purpose is far beyond my imagination! We should allow all beings to live freely and peacefully to the full potential to which they were born!!

  • @LiveVegan look you're preaching to the converted, without being patronising. I didn't say we should fundamentally rely on compassion, yes I said compassion is the key, as in part of it, I should of clarified that. However this isn't a debate forum just a space to make comments on videos. I fully understand the whole abolition concept. And I'm aware of slavery etc I am a final year sociology and criminology degree student. However human slavery does still exist as in human trafficking...

  • @courtsarecorrupt I'm not "preaching" to anyone. Just making comment about "compassion" in relation to justice.

Human slavery exists, but it's not legal in most countries. Nonhuman slavery exists everywhere, and other animals are viewed as chattel property, legally humans are not viewed as chattel property.

  • @LiveVegan Yes I know it is (justice) as well as compassion. To fight against injustice is to be compassionate.

  • @courtsarecorrupt Compassion helps, but compassion is irrelevant as to whether other animals should have at least one right -- the right not to be used as property. If the end of legal human slavery in the US had relied on compassion, there would still be legal human slavery in the US today.

  • @toranamunter Visit veganbodybuilding(dot)com

Not sure what kind of "vegans" you are speaking of, but no one I know is "pale, runty and sickly". Most flesh eaters I know are unhealthy. Animal use is morally unjustifiable. Go vegan.

  • Evolve or die. Eat a plant based diet.

  • @Bolgi Better still go vegan and end animal use. Eating a plant based diet is just part of being vegan. Veganism is a political movement for the end of animal use.

  • Been a vegan since 2003. I feel shame that there was ever a time animal products.

I liked this video. Humans are the most powerful species on the planet but that power gives us a responsibility to care for the planet and it's inhabitants, not to dominate and destroy everything for personal gain.

If we fail to live by this principle then we are no better than parasites.

  • (cont') I consume animals cruelty free. Yes, it IS possible to do so. In fact, animals that have been well treated and have not suffered trauma have better meat. Just as bruised fruits and vegetables make poor food, the same goes with animals.

My first belief is in God. Yes we were originally vegetarians, but God made a concession for meat after the flood. We are to be good stewards of this world and everything in it. I protest aninmal cruelty, but I also know the natural order.

  • @Deke101 Your belief system is irrelevant as to whether we as a species have a right to torture and murder other animals for our pleasure. That's all it is == using animals for our pleasure. That's totally unjustifiable.

"There is *nothing* more elitist than thinking our palate pleasure can ever justify a second of suffering or a single death" -- Prof. Gary L Francione Visit abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • @LiveVegan MY belief system is COMPLETELY relevant. It is YOUR belief system that calls it murder to kill an animal. So, other animals commit murder? Rediculous.

Life consumes life. It happens ALL throughout nature. Nature which WE are also a part of. Does this justify animal cruelty? No. Cruelty should be exposed. Animal cruelty is not part of the circle of life, it is part of man's greed and arrogance.

  • Speciesism is what drives ur comments. Species is an irrelevant criterion as to whether other animals deserve to belong to the moral community, just as race, sex and sexual orientation are irrelevant criterion as to whether an individual belongs to the moral community. If you do not believe that it is morally justifiable to torture and murder a dog for our pleasure, than y do u think it's acceptable to murder other animals for our pleasure? That's all it is Go vegan. End the violence

  • I am not here for an argument, but only to voice my own humble opinion. I have carefully thought this through and this is my philosophy. Something is inherently wrong with people who can exhibit cruelty to animals or human. They have lost an integral part of thier ture selves. That being said, life comes from life and life consumes life. Everything that lives must consume another living thing in order to continue surviving. I consume other living things in order to survive.

  • @Deke101 We do not need animal products to "survive". In fact, they are killing us and the planet. It is unjustifiable to torture and murder animals for our pleasure.

"There is *nothing* more elitist than thinking our palate pleasure can ever justify a second of suffering or a single death" -- Prof. Gary L Francione Abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • @LiveVegan We do not NEED to be vegan in order to survive. Consumption of meat is NOT killing us and the planet. What is killing us is overindulgence and lack of excersise. If I ate a burger every day, I would get what I deserve. Truth is I don't eat much red meat, but not because of some misplaced sense of righteousness. All things in moderation.

  • @Deke101 The default position on this site is all other animals should have at least one right -- the right not to be used as property. It's an abolitionist vegan site. If you do not agree with that position, that's unfortunate, however, that position is not up for debate. If you disagree, then this is probably not the site for you.

PS: Do research on animal products & health & environmental issues RE animal use before making statements. & visit abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • @Deke101 The only difference between Michael Vick using dogs for his pleasure (dog-fighting), and nonvegans consuming animal products for their pleasure, is that nonvegans get someone else to do their dirty work. So anyone who consumes animal products is complicit in the murder and torture of other animals. Google "We are all Michael Vick by Gary L Francione"

  • Rarely we see such a perfect explanation of vegan concepts...thank you very much for posting this video. It´s perfect, aweasome.

    Vegan love for us all!

  • More people need to know about this it's just sad T_T

  • I criedd.

  • The Bible calls that being Responsible Stewards.

GOD's angels are taking note of every evil + Cruel act that we may do to his creatures.

  • @CatBornAgain Holy Bible: Food for human beings and animals:

    29 I have provided all kinds of grain and all kinds of fruit for you to eat;

30 but for all the wild animals and for all the birds I have provided grass and leafy plants for food -and it was done.

While creating nature God clearly provided grains, fruits, grass and leafy plants as food for humans and animals. Hence He ordered them to be vegetarians

  • go vegan go cheers fvromn the junglesurfer check my new videos

  • wow thanks your video has touched me and made me reconsider my values and most deffinatly VEGAN FOR LIFE

  • Veganism is the praxis of abolishing speciesism from our lives.

  • Vegan for 3 months :)

  • I've been a vegetarian for two weeks now (and love it:)but I think I'm gonna kick it up a notch now and be a vegan!

  • I just switched from Meat to Vegetarian and i can't BELIEVE how oblivious i was to all of this. There is SO much meat being sold everywhere, and nobody even knows where it comes from. Meat is DISGUSTING and UNHEALTHY. I am planning on going Vegan as soon as possible.

  • @webkinzandMCR Google "Becoming Vegan Amazon books" It has an excellent book on nutritional information. And consider reading Prof Gary L Francione's blog Abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • I know that modern commercial agriculture is cruel that is the price you pay for cheap food by removing yourself from the meat economy you are having no real tangible say in the animal's well being and bring about no change to the industry. If you are sympathetic to animal cruelty you should instead be buying meat responsibly from a place where the animals are raised in the expensive and cruelty free traditional ways. Buy Local too support your local small farmers!

  • @01Alexsimps ALL animal use is cruel. ALL animal use usually ends in murder at some point. ALL "organic" "free range" etc animals end up being murdered after they become "nonproductive". Where you have animal use, you have abuse. The only way to ensure the end of animal abuse, is to end use by going vegan and educating others to do so. "There is *nothing* more elitist than thinking our palate pleasure can ever justify a second of suffering or a single death" -- Prof. Gary L Francione

  • This is so beautiful...I have never cried in youtube but I did here :)

  • I think almost all vegans have to look at this video and recall the days before they became vegans. I think the mindlessness of eating meat is everywhere, and we, as vegans, ought to appreciate the moments when we separate ourselves from our friends by requesting a non-meat meal. The inconvenience of veganism is a badge of honor we wear, and we should never think of ourselves as inferior because we annoy our friends in restaurants and we cause them to choose not to go out with us.

  • @supernikon I never consider veganism an inconvenience. It is the minimum standard of decency we other other animals. It's very easy. Large animal groups today including "Vegan" Outreach make the public think that veganism is hard or that one is being a martyr being vegan. But the truth is there is *nothing* more elitist than thinking our palate pleasure can ever justify a second of suffering or a single death.

I would suggest to all to view this site abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • @SolarjaazPiano smiles

  • I am proud to say that I have been vegan for a week now.

  • @SolarjaazPiano Great. Keep going. It's easy. And if you need any advice, consider getting the book "Becoming Vegan". Google it.

As Prof. Gary Francione says: "There is *nothing* more elitist than thinking our palate pleasure can ever justify a second of suffering or a single death"

  • I am proud to say that I have been vegan for a week now.

  • Thank for this video. It brought tears to my eyes! It truly explains that Veganism is a lifestyle and philosophy based on compassion, respect, and non-violence. I am so proud to be Vegan.

  • If we were not supposed to eat animal flesh then why does it taste sooooo good??? Life feeds on life. That is the way of nature.

  • @CaptainNemo0690 The whole "food chain" argument is a complete speciesist invention. We do need to consume animal products for survival. We only do so because it "tastes good" and that is morally unjustifiable to torture and murder billions of nonhumans each year for our pleasure. Human flesh tastes like any other flesh, so why not eat human flesh? because it's morally unacceptable to eat human flesh. And why is that? because we value our own species. Speciesism. that's all it is. Go vegan.

  • @LiveVegan i agree..! "food chain" is often used as an excuse to consume our animals friends! :)

    great video!

  • well, eating meat is the circle of life

example if no one ate cows thecow population would grow too big and the cows would starve

example 2 if no one killed deers the population would grow too big and they would starve :)

if a population grows too big the animals starve to death

  • @sarsfieldusmc That's nonsense. We breed billions of animals each year for "food" and other products. If we go vegan, we end breeding and we look after those we have domesticated until they die naturally. The only reason we torture and murder animals is for our pleasure and that is morally unjustifiable. ALL other animals deserve at least one right --- the right not to be used as property & veganism is the step to taking that right seriously. Go vegan. It's easy. veganpamphlet(dot)com

  • This is making me cry. It's beautiful. And true. <3

  • Amazing video - a reminder that Veganism is empowering. These videos always make me get teary eyed for some reason.

  • @SoxAsh0810

Best Vegan inspiration and education is on the channel

    LIFE REGENERATOR

  • Veganism is the praxis of abolishing speciesism in our lives. After years of studying ancient Hindu non theistic religions such as the Jain, Donald Watson coined the word Vegan. He explained that a Vegan is someone who avoids all animal exploitation. It is the western version of Jainism. Jains have been practicing this(living with the rule of Ahimsa) since the 6th century BC. So, the simple answer is.. a Vegan is someone who avoids all animal exploitation. Thats it!.

  • I don't know how I ever ate rotting, decomposed, tortured, colored, scented flesh! I'm so glad I no longer contribute to the horrenous abuse of animals, humans and myself! I LOVE being vegan! I have found so many new flavors that it's amazing! It's like being in a new country with awesome new foods! WOW!

  • Well done! :-)

  • m working towards it!

  • totally agree.

  • I think the main part is to have a consiusness about what your eating ... once you develop that .. you will stop eating meat all together

  • this video is extremely powerful and moving. Probably the best video on the 'philosophy' of veganism ever made. Thankyou! x

  • Predatory animals must kill to eat. Humans, in contrast, have a choice;

they need not eat meat to survive. Humans differ from nonhuman animals in being capable of conceiving of, and acting in accordance with, a system of morals; therefore, we cannot seek moral guidance or precedent from nonhuman animals. Our philosophy asserts that it is just as wrong for a human to kill and eat a sentient nonhuman as it is to kill and eat a sentient human.

  • This was very moving... Beautiful video, thank you for posting it.

  • Very true, The best words to describe Vegan is a "Philosophy" I very much dislike it when it is referred to as a "diet"

  • True, veganism is more than a diet. It mentions, animal products, animal rights and the context of the video describes veganism as a life free of exploitation of nonhumans

  • Brilliant video. Everything it says lies at the heart of vegans. I am vegan, and I am proud to be, as I am not part of a culture, that inflicts lifelong misery, and immense suffering on animals. Compassion is the key!!

  • @courtsarecorrupt

    Misguided compassion maybe.

  • Brilliant video. Everything you say lies at the heart of vegans. I am vegan, and proud to say I am not part of, a culture that inflicts lifelong misery, and immense suffering on animals. Compassion is the key!!

  • @courtsarecorrupt Justice is the key. Going vegan is the minimum standard of decency abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • I am a former vegetarian who has adopted a new lifestyle. I now only eat meat from a sustainable farm where animals are raised organically, humanely, and compassionately on pastures where they live peaceful lives in which they can exercise their true animal natures. My thinking is, isn't it better for them to have lived a happy life and then to have died than to have never lived at all? After all, all life must die eventually. As long as the animal is given a happy, suffering free life.

  • Hi maximum411, there's so many things wrong with your statement, where does one begin. First, animals are bred by the billions. They love life as we do and do not want to be bred into a life of terrible suffering and to be murdered in the end. Murder is NEVER humane.

  • What of animals that lack a central nervous system or brain and are literally incapable of feeling suffering as we do? Are they acceptable as food?

  • @NoAntecessor It's speciesism to think we know what any nonhuman feels in regards pain etc. Google this: "The "Luxury" of Death" by Prof Gary L Francione Abolitionist approach" It's a very interesting blog on sentience

  • @LiveVegan I agree with your thoughts on humans disrespecting nature and am absolutely disgusted of the torture that animals endure in captivity. However, what are your thoughts of humans going back to their hunting ways (if farms all of a sudden vanished) and hunting animals for food in a natural environment? Whereas the animal in a factory has only to wait in a enclosure for its demise, at least if its hunted in the wild, the creature has a fighting chance to get away.

  • @cgigal2 Humans do not need to murder and eat any nonhuman. There is too much violence in the world today. Animal use is not only morally unjustifiable, it's an ecological insanity. We are not cannibals. We do need to eat flesh or eat and use animal products to live. We have choice. It's morally unjustifiable to use animals. Period. check out AbolitionistApproach(dot)com

  • 2ndly You have no idea what is going on those farms where you buy flesh from "organic, humanely & compassionately" raised nonhumans. The is no "compassion" in murder. I'm sure some human slave owners said their slaves were loved and were treated well etc. The truth is, "nonproductive" animals are killed, male chicks are killed, animals are raped to impregnate them, and the list of non-consentual and immoral horrors goes on. Go to humanemyth(dot)org

  • "You have no idea what is going on those farms where you buy flesh from"

Well, actually I have a very good idea of what goes on at the FARM (singular) because I buy all my meat from a local farm which I have visited. I have seen the animals, which are raised on green pastures and woodlands and slaughtered quickly and compassionately.

Terrible things do happen at factory farms, which is why I never buy meat from supermarkets or restaurants. But not EVERY farm is a factory farm.

  • @maximum411 You've missed the point. Google "What is wrong with vegetarianism? Unpopular Vegan Essays" and read about "organic" milk, "free range" eggs etc. All cows end up at the same "hide ripping machine" whether they are from an "organic" farm or a factory farm. All male chicks are murdered as a matter of course in egg production because they are of no use to egg producers. "Terrible things" happen on ALL farms and in ALL forms of animal use. Go vegan. It's easy.abolitoinistapproach(dot)com

  • All animals (including people) die eventually. The fact is, I don't see anything wrong with giving an animal a happy life where it is well-fed and safe from disease and a quick death. Wild animals rarely make it to adulthood and often suffer much more brutal deaths at the hands of predators.

Of course abusing animals and depriving them of pleasure like is done in factory farms is atrocious and should be outlawed.

But if the positive aspects of an animal's life outweigh the negative, that's ok.

  • @maximum411 All humans die eventually too but we don't suggest enslaving them and murdering them do we? What you are suggesting is speciesist. People consume animal products and use animals because they can. They don't need it, and it's totally morally unjustifiable to inflict torture and murder on any nonhuman for our pleasure. And that's all it is, it's for our pleasure. Visit abolitonistapproach(dot)com

  • But what about when other animals kill other animals? Like when a lion eats antelope? Cats and dogs kill and hunt. And dogs are as much of an omnivore as humans are.

  • @jetthead756 We do not need to murder and torture animals for our pleasure. That's all it is -- for our pleasure. It's totally morally unjustifiable. We have a choice. Many other animals do not. They may eat flesh to survive because some are obligate carnivores. We are not. In Fact we are herbivores if one looks at Dr R Leakey's work. As I said, we have a choice. Animal use is also an ecological insanity if you do research. Visit this site abolitionistapproach(dot)com

  • To me, even if you gave an animal the most perfect life imaginable, then kill it, it kinda invalidates all the nice-ness. It'd be like being extra nice to someone for a year, then one day sneak up behind them and whack them over the head with a hammer. That's not nice! Cause you just murdered another! In court I don't think it would matter how nice you were before you murdered the person. Because you robbed them of their natural life, which is theirs and theirs alone. Just my two cents.

  • @maximum411 , if you were an animal, living happy, raised organically, you certainly wouldn´t like to have your life interrupted by someone´s hungry desires...There is no excuse to eat meat, to justify this cruel practise that never comes alone. Inside the meat industry there´s an universe of cruelty that 99% of humans don´t know. There´s no compassion and sustainability at the meat industry.Wake up!

  • @sallesluciana its natural for the majority of people like myself to want to eat creatures with less inteligence Eg (sheep cow chicken) but not animals we associate being like us Eg (dolphin ape monkey dog) and you should respect those opinions

  • @batburgers It's speciesist of us to think that just because other animals are not "like us" that justifies us torturing and murdering them for our pleasure. Google "The "Luxury" of Death" Gary Francione Abolitionist Approach" and read about sentience

  • @maximum411 If you think 'organic', 'free range' or 'happy meat' means cruelty-free, you really need to research these 'labels'. They do not have a happy life, or death. It's animal exploitation.

It's all about profit. Their happiness, comfort or psychological well-being costs money but does not increase profits. At the end of the day, the industry only exists because people, like you, pay for it.

Please don't just look at the 'label'. Do a little research. I'm glad I did.

    Thanks, Josh

  • @marcluc1988 You are an idiot for saying free range is cruelty free. Free range is as close as it gets to being free. I dont know, maybe im missing something here, how is that cruel?

  • @gregff9966 Then you obviously have never visited a "free range" facility. It's just one big battery cage. It's torture. Please do research and google "What is wrong with vegetarianism" Unpopular vegan essays" and read all about "organic" and "free range" "cage free" etc.

  • @maximum411 anyways ... it is a murder they decide their fate can you say "happy " to a comtrolled life???

  • :) :)

  • You have great compassion, it breaks mine too. The Buddha says we all have Pure perfect Buddha nature, all life, whether hatched from a egg, born from a womb, etc so how can man hurt or consume the flesh of any living being with the same nature as himself??? so sad. When people eat meat all they are doing is going against the spirit of great compassion. One day this will be different, we must keep helping people to remember and restore their true nature of compassion and peace. take care.

but sooo many people try and tell me not to, and that it is 'natural' to eat meat and drink cows milk.. but really its soo not natural at all!!

i want to become vegan but not sure how my diet will become balanced.. any tips?

  • Oh, god, this is so beautiful. It's a perfect way for me to be able to explain myself to those who scoff or challenge my choice. Thank you so very, very much for creating this.

    PEACE FOR ALL

  • Great video!! Thanks!!!

  • I am trying to become a vegan. I actually have no will-power... I love meat and milk... Today I didn't eat any meat. And I already feel so sick. My family makes fun of me. They show no support. Plus I don't know how to replace milk, butter and eggs. Specially eggs. I read about tofu, but I don't think I will find it in the store. And if i find it... Iw will be very expensive. But videos like these makes me go on. :) thank you for this video. Almos made me cry. So - peace, love and veganism <3

  • @HinataAngel5 Consider reading "Animals as Persons" by Prof Gary L Francione.

"There is *nothing* more elitist than thinking our palate pleasure can ever justify a second of suffering or a single death" -- Prof. Gary L Francione

  • This video almost made me cry. I am trying to become a vegan. This is my first day. I'll do my best but I have no will-power. I was eating meat like.Every single day. This time I am cutting meat off my plate seriously, but my family is making fun of me.They show no support. This is really hart. Plus I don't know how to avoid milk and eggs. I'll try to use tofu or something like that if I find that in the store. If someone have an advice, it would be nice if you help. :) Love, peace and veganism

  • Hi there, it is so awesome you are trying, you are a very compassionate person. I use a product called "So Nice" it is very tasty and healthy instead of milk, there is another called so good. Keep up the good work, peace to you.

  • Fuck violence!

  • This video is makes me realizae why i am a vegan.

Animals were put on earth for our pleasure, and they are a tresure from God, and should not be tourtured

  • Thank you for this video.

I had always thought of my self as loving and in awe of the natural order of things. I did not truly know the width and depth until I became Vegan.

  • Thanx ! <3

  • I love this. I'm newly vegan, and I can't believe I was so ignorant to all of this before.

  • Hi littleMissTickles20,

Most of us were ignorant at one time ;)

  • little Miss Tickles20: you've made the best decision of your life. the future is love and universal compassion. we are the future.

Live Vegan: All your videos are beautiful and at the same time, poignantly well done, especially this one. Keep up your critically important work, tens of thousands are watching...

    blessed be

  • I'm a devout Christian, and from my understanding of the Scriptures, GOd made us inherently vegan. (Genesis; even the animals were vegans, and God saw it was "very" good.)

And apparently, when Jesus comes again and paradise is restored, we will all return to perfect states as vegans again.

So I figured, if I am working towards bettering myself, what better way than to make the change to veganism now? I'm sure the innocent animals will appreciate it!

    Thanks for the video! :)

  • could u show me the Biblical refs or vegan related material? I mean this respectfully. I have always wanted to believe in Christian God, but have trouble reconciling the message of love , kindness/mercy with the horrific realities of mankind's violence toward himself & the rest of "creation." difficult to see how any cosmic benefactor could sit idly by whilst wondrous animals he created have been so systematically tortured & exploited by man "made in the likeness of God." I wouldnt sit idly by.

  • Beautiful

  • OH..those pics of the little animals being hurt made me cry and my heart hurt very much.

    What a kind heart 'n soul u have♥

  • this video is amazing......makes me cry

    love, peace and veganism

  • I no longer call myself a vegan. People through the word around too easily. Most think is a diet. So now I just say, I practice ahimsa.

  • I have been a vegetarian for 5 years now, and recently I thought of becoming a vegan. I started a few days ago, but something just didn't feel right. I didn't feel the way I thought I am supposed to feel as a vegan. It made me anxious.

But now, after seeing this video, I understand and recall why I wanted to go vegan. The values. That my mind cannot lie to itself, or make excuses for the sake of comfort. That's not what I wanted. That's not what i want.

    Go Life. Go Truth.

    Go Veganism.

  • Love the music.

    I'm also Vegan!

  • This video absolutely brought me to tears. I've been vegan for over 10 years now for these exact reasons. Not to mention, I personally believe, this is how our Creator intended for us to eat to survive. Sadly, with so many fruits and veggies becoming GMOed, it's pushing our boundries. Actually, I'm grateful for that move because it inspired me to turn my parents backyard into a massive garden. Even the energy vibes are different at their place now. Fantastic video and excellent yt page!!

  • what we have through internet is amazing. Our knowledge of the world we live in and what we do to other living beings just because thats what we want and need is just expanding. If I hadn't watched Earthlings, then I would never have thought of givinp up on eating meat. These videos here are great, beautiful...thank you

  • And dont forget guys that eating ORGANIC is as important as being VEGAN, because we cant be eating unnatural stuff like agrotoxics such as pesticides, fungicides, plaguecides, fertilizers, etc

Bacteria and viruses are VERY WELL HANDLED by our powerful immune system, but chemicals ??? WE ARE NOT DESIGNED for those, so GO ORGANIC !!!!

Everything has got to be ORGANIC guys :) just like Mother Nature always meant it !

  • you would luv the Vegan Vids by

    LIFE REGENERATOR

    they are Excellent

  • Mass murder and mutilation of animals and plants are completely unacceptable in a humane society. It's despicable to engage in agriculture or farming of animals, which involves exterminating many native plant and animal species for our selfish needs. All life must be respected. Animals and plants whether multicellular or unicellular and even those life forms that do not fall under the animal and plant kingdom - all deserve our kindness and compassion.

  • This is a great video, thanks for sharing. Becoming vegan was the best decision I ever made. I feel way healthier and energetic, and I love living knowing that I am not hurting animals. There is too much cruelty that goes on in the meat industry, and the main reason why there aren't more vegans/vegetarians in the world is simply that people would rather stay ignorant to the truth of the matter. Ignorance is a rather sad existence....

  • Wow...

All of you give me hope and inspiration!

We are on the path of light and truth...

I can't believe those who would call themselves "Godly" and "Pro-Life" would still be unable to recognize the falseness of their claims when they preach these values while eating McDonalds and Sam's Club steaks. I'm sick of lies!!!!

    Thank you all!

    -Erika

  • This always makes me cry. It really touches me. Been a vegan for about 6 months now and never going back!

  • @kelsey936 I am also a newish vegan. The music here is very soul touching, it hits my soul center and makes me weepy! If people would only realize the love they really have for all the inhabitants of this planet, no one would want animals treated the way they are treated. Our love for things is squelched so severely on this planet, what a harsh place to live. Just take a few minutes everyday to find love for another being everyone!

  • Definetly. Definelty staying Vegan for the rest of my life. My #1 reason is I am against animal cruelty. #2 is because I want a long, healthy life. 3 is I want a pure, clean earth for everyone.

  • Bravo! : )

  • I loved the video...I'm a vegetarian but I've been thinking about veganism. This put me over the edge. Thank you!

  • Well put

  • Nice video :-)

    Go vegan!

  • I am a Christian, and this video speaks the truth like none other. God created ALL; HE gave us dominion over animals to TAKE CARE of them, and love them; just like he gave parents the charge of taking care of children; we don't eat them, or exploit them for fun without having the law punish us if we transgress them...so why should we be allowed to do that to animals with no justifiable repercussions? How wonderful this world would be if we shed our barbaric ways and embraced kindness and love.

  • heroes of humanity that is angelic in knowing divinity to be in oneness!

    gratitude!

    aum

  • raw vegan power! no other diet is better!!

  • I want to become a buddist. They live so peaceful.I wish more Americans were like this,it seems like nobody cares anymore, alot of hearts are hardened.Thankyou for the spiritual awakening.

  • Then become a buddhist. Unless you wish to become a monk or nun you need not go through some elaborate entry ritual such as baptism. Just research the teachings of buddha and live at peace with all that breaths in the universe.

  • I love your channel, and this is a great video.

I suggest you remove the "vote comments" option for your videos, someone is abusing it big time. Obviously trying to hide all comments that are positive about veganism.

  • the last time i was here, that same (fill in the blank) was giving thumbs down

  • hi, i come here for a visit and i see that some worthless sadist is giving a thumbs down to all the good people here. the only good thing is that sadist is a sad pathetic little human that must be so dead inside he wants everyone to know......and yes we all know....i do not like letting my ego say harmful things, but its hard to take the high road when good people are attacked here

  • I´m only vegetarian : (

  • It's nothing to be sad about but something to be proud of. I'm a vegetarian too and damned well proud of it. My ultimate goal is going vegan but being a vegetarian is a great start. Keep it up!
