is white the only coloured cloak you can get besides the guild cloaks ? Looks really stupid when there's 20 people around you have the same thing

There are some other ones but at this low of a level almost all of them are white, as you get higher ranks you'll get different cloaks.

You can dye your clothes if you want, including your cloak. Why theses people haven't done that, I cannot say.

You cannot dye the cloaks, but the are all white mainly because at Guild Rank 15, your guild then can receive a Guild cloak design which is put on the back of your Cloak.

most low level cloaks can't be dyed, but as you get higher level they can. just like gear. alot of level 10 gear can't be dyed. But most at 20 can.
