Question: So if you get hit by a bus tomorrow, and cant do anything from your lifestyle layer, and dont look the same way, how do you love yourself? You say to write down all the things you like about yourself, like your smile and talents etc, but what if they disappear tomorrow, like you said? How do you genuinely love yourself then?
Matt-3 I just want to say thank you for taking your time and sharing all those great skill you have with us. Yes, i already took the first step of writing things i love about myself, it seriously made a difference. For the first time ever i cant wait to start fresh tomorrow:) So whatever happens, ill confront it with my face up, like how a confident person like yourself would. Thank you!!

It can get frusterating when people say you need to be more confident but they dont really discuss the true way to build your confidence up. Anyways thanks:)
