So even if Samsung submitted all or part of its proprietary technology documents to the Duesseldorf court, nobody there in Germany has the capability to comprehend these documents full of mathematics equations compiled by 3,000+ Ph.D's working for Samsung. Germany simply does not have the technology of that kind; Korea's K1&K2 rifles also predate the G36 by 1 decade(during which river and mountain change). Nor does Germany have laser enrichment technology.

Granted, Mr. Jobs finally turned the original boring windows mobile phone into massively popular smart phones with millions of apps. But, come on. Don't stifle the industry by suing everybody with his crappy patents. Dutch judges struck down most of his "bullshit" patents and granted his wishes only for how pictures are scrolled. Samsung and Google programmers can make the necessary changes in less than a week. The new changes can be downloaded to phones in just a couple of weeks. No big deal.

So even if Samsung submitted all or part of its proprietary technology documents to the Duesseldorf court, nobody there in Germany has the capability to comprehend these documents full of mathematics equations compiled by 3,000+ Ph.D's working for Samsung. The Z610 already has the now familiar circular physical button at the front, with a triangular "play" icon in the button. Samsung counter sued apple and do u know it is really hard to make cell phone without samsung's technology.Samsung has 100,000 IT patents and it is really hard to make cell phone avoiding samsung's so many patents.Samsung may copy apple's iphone design but apple just used samsung's IT technologies and mobile patents. That's why apple reconciled with nokia in patent law suits. Apple is just good at marketing but it's not a great company in terms of mobile technology

the new galaxy tab is so much better than the the apple pad, there's no comparison. i don't know about the details the lawsuit but samsung is the most dependable and realiable companys out there. our family has samsung phones, dvd, t.v., and fridge and they never have let us down.

it doesn't matter that apple didn't invent the touch screen...that's irrelevant to the fact that samsung or whoever was incharge of designing the interface and product design basically copied apple's iOS's GUI. Using existing technology is different from copying someone else's artistic vision.
