I have and use this exact product. It works and I love it.

Apparently, most people are low in magnesium. And it's difficult to absorb orally through pills.

Stress, caffeine, and alcohol deplete it. And our diets are deficient in it.

I highly recommend transdermal magnesium. If you are not low and don't need it, it's water soluble and will just be excreted.

Firts off, magnesium doesnt have an "oil" conuterpart.

I am sorry, but Magnesium DOES NOT absorbs transdermally, btw I am a toxicologist specialized in skin routes.

If I am wrong, please do explain iwhy this particular magnesium ions GETS absorved while every other in nature DOES NOT.

IF IT WERE TO ABSORB, THEN USE REGULAR EPSOM SALTS FOR $5 BUCKS.

Much cheaper than Ancient Minerals, and comes from the same place... think I'll try this brand next. hopefully it's just as good
