I grew up in the 60s and 70s so I still say black people. Most of the black people I know hate the term "African American" because they're not from Africa. If I refer to somebody as "black" at work they get on my case. Why does everybody have to be a hyphenated American?

@afrosensuous actually i have had more incidents than that, many more but i just put that one since i was trying to prove that if you say something to black people about their race they get mad yet they can talk about others without punishment. once a car full of black guys stopped by me and my little sister while we was walking home and they got off saying sexual stuff to her and trying to take her with them, i told em to back off she only 12 and they just kept going...

@afrosensuous well i dont do that, in my job i work in peoples houses and i usually go alot where black people live i go in their homes, and im never scared, i watch my back anywhere and all the time not just when i see a black person but for any race, sucks you go through that i think its stupid but whatever

But really I don't know if you should be using the word "Hate", that's a powerful word, maybe use "dislike" or something like that.

This is actually really sad. Jesus. I mean...I do a little open mic stand up locally and I know it can be hard... when youre heckled, one of the quickest ways to defeat that is to turn nasty and cuss and be hard on them. I dont think he meant it, its so easy to get lost in your performance and lose it when someone is disrupting your work. Say youre a lawyer and you are presenting a case and someone in the jury keeps calling you out. I dont know. Its understandable that he lost his shit.
