Cremona sounds great. Love the Henriksen amps, too. How many high-end Peerless archtops do you have in stock? I'm thinking about taking a trip from Reno, NV to play and hopefully take home a new Cremona and/or Hardtail from you guys.
I'm thinking about buying a peerless, I am used to playing vintage gibsons. Could someone help me with this decision, I'd like to know how the neck feels on them, and If they are overall nice guitars. I dont want to buy a cheep nice looking guitar like the new dangelicos.
The differences in tone and style are so complementary to each other that this has become my favorite version of this tune.
Lenny's tone is more cutting and his solo style is more melodic, Bob's tone more full and smooth and his soloing is so trumpet like, awesome! I want a Cremona!
I really like the second soloist. He sounds like my teacher Steve Brown at Ithaca College. It's not flashy, but the sound, the feel, and the melodic sense make it!
Nice playing! You and Bob sound great, and the Peerless guitars are nice and clean.
We met briefly at the guitar show back in November. I've got a student looking for an archtop in your price category and was impressed with the Peerless guitars you brought to the show. I'll have to bring him out to your store sometime.
They're both Cremona and available in Natural and 16" body on special order. My Cremona is the 17" Cherry Burst, and I don't have the fret pearl in-lays as to my personal Choice.

I had the honor of knowing both of these extremely talented guitarists. Lenny was a good friend, and Bob was my teacher. Two of the nicest guys.
I appreciate both of the mentoring they gave me, and you can't get better than this duo. Amazing.
RIP Lenny.

I really like this! New Jersey has produced so many great players - is it something in the water? Thank you for posting.

SUch nice playing. Doesn't Peerless make a no cutaway model? Like a big ES 150? Does anyone know it it is solid or a laminate?
greatvanzinni 2 years ago
Yes. Peerless "Port Town". Site says laminated spruce. I had just looked at it this AM!

awesome job. I like jazz a lot. Rock too.
Jazz is more difficult to play no doubt, but sometimes it gets boring and I turn back to Rock :-)

The guitar on the right is that model? Why do not I have found on the site peerless natural color with a humbucking equal to "cremona".
