Being a life long Queen fan, since I was 12 years old in 1974, This show, Queen's induction, was one of the greatest shows I have ever seen...Seeing the Foo's up there with Brian & Roger, outstanding...I am sure when David gets in the Hall of Fame as a member of Nirvana, which should be pretty soon, Brian will be there for him...Hopefully soon there after the Foo's will get in...although 2020 would be there 1st year of eligibility...Nirvana's 1st recording was 1989 so 2014 for them...
@brianmayguitarist I have 5 AC30B's I have collected over the many years. When I used to go on stage and the rest of the band had their Marshall’s (Which are fine amps, don't get me wrong), They would laugh at me until I cranked them up. Then I laughed. I still love the sound you can get from them.
It starts off a sPaul Rodgers then switches to the Hall Of Fame. The rock honours was a different show where Brian & Roger came on later in the song after the Foos had already started it.
I think he would have had a lot of respect for him - Grohl (and the FF's) have got the same self-effacing attitude that Queen had, which is probably why Brian and Roger are happy to appear on stage with them (and Brian to record with them). Lighten up! No one sings or performs like Freddie, we all know THAT.
Well of course Brian would be singing the right words, he wrote that song. Besides when I watched this, I didn't care if Dave got the words wrong. It's all about the music.
awesome, they are amazing together

Freddie Mercury wouldn't piss on Dave Grohl if he were on fire.
