So.. i saw this movie today. ahaha, i didn't even know that was brad pitt because i skimmed through the trailer & didn't observe his face too closely

It was a pretty cool road movie. Pitt gave an exceptionally amazing performance playing a lunatic psychopath western frantic killer

David Duchovany was decent, but his script wasn't anything big to begin with in the first place. It's a pretty cool road movie with a nice hazy atmosphere and has a judgment minded moral to it. 8/10.

Also, the real life Lucas also had a mildly retarded common law wife named Becky Powell who was 13 or 14 when they were together and Lucas killed her in real life. Exactly like what Early Grace does in Kalifornia. Great, underrated film.

In this movie, Brad Pitt actually gives one of the most realistic and believable portrayals of a psychopathic serial killer on film. Early is much smarter than he lets on with his hick Kentucky accent. It was like he had studied Henry Lee Lucas because Early's creepy good-old boy killer is exactly the image of the real life murderer Lucas.
