while a lot of those are valid points, they don't necessarily mean the game is better. For example, having larger maps with vehicles doesn't necessarily appeal to everyone, myself include. What you're saying is correct, but it can be taken either way.
The building falling scene that he was drooling over was better in COD4 =p When you look up and see a completely ravaged and destroyed city, after the nuke, and the building literally crumbles to dust, before you die as Jackson.
infinity ward thinks they can get away with putting no efforts into modern warfare 3 just because COD is the best fps franchise in the world, and 12 year olds accross the globe will keep buying games no matter how much it sucks as long as long as it has the words Call of Duty in its title. The sound quality is sensational. First time I played the game at my mates house he unknowingly had his surround sound speaker system turned up full blast. Bloody sh@t myself and I may have post traumatic stress disorder.
Battlefield 3 is obviously better. However, if you play Battlefield 3 on a console i am sorry but you haven't seen anything yet in terms of graphics and 64 player multiplayer gameplay. Consoles use resolutions such as 1024x1080(*upscaled proportions) using low/medium settings, while i play on 2500x1600 resolution using ULTRA settings. You do the math. :) BF3 ftw!

And yes, CoD spawn system is pretty bad too, mainly because the maps are so freaking small.

For me Battlefield is the game!! I've played cod from cod 4 to cod black ops and battlefield from Battlefield Bad Company 2 and i must say Battlefield is the game!!! The engine gets improved every day... so much new stuff coming out.. fixes, patches, free DLCs(unlike CoD .. 15$ each).. Yeah the graphics are good actually amazing but that doesn't really matter that much.. the awesome gameplay that Battlefield 3 brings matters the most.. Overall Battlefield 3 for me is 9.8/10 just amazing game!!!!
There wasn't even a split screen or single player for the co-op mode like there is in MW3. The only thing you can even access offline in Bf3 is the campaign. Mulitplayer was pretty beast but really? Bf3 without frostbite 2 would completely suck. MW3 co-op and single player punch Bf3 in the balls. There is more to do in MW3 and it's just more fun.

What the heck! Multiplayer is not the only part of the game. I just picked up Bf3 because all the people who never even played mw3 were telling me Bf3 was better. After I played the campaign I nearly puked because it was like a boring version of Black ops campaign with better graphics. Then I tried co-op and realized than I couldn't even access it unless I was online. So I got online, and realized that the co-op missions were ripped right out of the campaign.
Modern Warfare 3 has better guns and is a 4-player game (Split Screens) and also better games (Special Ops, Juggernaut, etc.)
Battlefield 3 Has the best engine and graphics despite Modern Warfare 3 and better melee attack also way better campaigns... This is the best game for online multiplayer the way they made multiplayer better is that you have to earn and co-operate

Hey, if you guys notice, at about 1:40, The clip that the guys throws, the top shows no opening for mag. This tells you pretty much all you need to about the game(graphics especially).

@rdejano3 I love CoD, don't get me wrong. It's just getting stale. Battlefield, while it does bring graphics to the table, is also incredibly fun and challenging. In a game like MW2, you could easily take the UMP and dominate, but weapons in BF3 or BC2 were very balanced.
lol well now that we have had all of our experiences on the games cod is deff the same game over and over, I use to be a big cod player and was a 10th prestige in 4 and mw2 but its really getting old pretty much reminds me of laser tag or something now lol. I then went to bf bad company 2 and hit 50 i was amazed but then bf3 came out and i must say they outdone themselves still some bugs but by far the best game iv ever played online.
BF3 is like, for people with more strategy. Because it has bigger map, and is very realistic(not as realistic as ARMA2, but you know what I mean)
MW3 on the other hand, just like MW1&2. You don't really need that much strategy. Because it is full with close quarter combat, and it take skill to master close combat.

I hated MW3 the first hour I started to play it. Battlefield 3 I loved the second I pulled the trigger on one of the guns. Battlefield and MW3 are TWO DIFFERENT GAMES. Peoples opinions ALSO VARY. There are people who fall more towards the run 'n gun shooter. Battlefield is more of a strategic game, where some real-work elements come into play. Battlefield has a wide variety of drive-able vehicles, while COD has killstreaks. Battlefield is intense, COD is fun. So to summarize what I said. BF3 FTW
@TheWafertastic actually IW seemed to do more advertisement cramming. They screamed the whole "30 second zero gravity in the plane" in our faces. And the trailers bragged a variety of vehicles. But those are not gameplay they were sequences. BF3 has frequent vehicle combat, destruction, and mostly everything they showed in the previews was more than just a one-time event in the campaign.

HAHA, Battlefield 3 wins so HARD. Call of Duty is based of an 15 year old engine. Damn... Call of Duty is not fun to play anymore and trust me, i have both games. Battlefield is a Dazzling Achievement! COD on the other hand, fuck no, cod sucks :L

At this point, I want to say, MW3 Fps of the year, yet Bf3 has so much more quality. It is more complex allowing it, to per say lose popularity, because, stupid call of duty lovers, are arrogant and love their precious fucking HUD that is simple, keeping them from embracing a new era of shooters, GOW3 a great game, but COD Fan boys say, "OH LOOK OVER THE SHOULDER DA FUCK!!!111!@!@!@!!!111" So yea, CoD Fan boys are afraid to get out of their comfort zone.

@TheGeri9 that only proves that mw3 is still popular which was to be expected. that doesn't mean its the better game. people who hate on bf3 either havent played it and are cod fan boys or have played it and sucked at it so they gave up and said it sucks. dude in all honesty bf3 was my first battlefield game and it honestly has THE BEST multiplayer i've played in my life. and i loved cod but bf3 has surpassed it by far. thats my opinion.

@rdejano3 I love CoD, don't get me wrong. It's just getting stale. Battlefield, while it does bring graphics to the table, is also incredibly fun and challenging. In a game like MW2, you could easily take the UMP and dominate, but weapons in BF3 or BC2 were very balanced.

lol well now that we have had all of our experiences on the games cod is deff the same game over and over, I use to be a big cod player and was a 10th prestige in 4 and mw2 but its really getting old pretty much reminds me of laser tag or something now lol. I then went to bf bad company 2 and hit 50 i was amazed but then bf3 came out and i must say they outdone themselves still some bugs but by far the best game iv ever played online.

BF3 is like, for people with more strategy. Because it has bigger map, and is very realistic(not as realistic as ARMA2, but you know what I mean)
MW3 on the other hand, just like MW1&2. You don't really need that much strategy. Because it is full with close quarter combat, and it take skill to master close combat.

I hated MW3 the first hour I started to play it. Battlefield 3 I loved the second I pulled the trigger on one of the guns. Battlefield and MW3 are TWO DIFFERENT GAMES. Peoples opinions ALSO VARY. There are people who fall more towards the run 'n gun shooter. Battlefield is more of a strategic game, where some real-work elements come into play. Battlefield has a wide variety of drive-able vehicles, while COD has killstreaks. Battlefield is intense, COD is fun. So to summarize what I said. BF3 FTW

@TheWafertastic actually IW seemed to do more advertisement cramming. They screamed the whole "30 second zero gravity in the plane" in our faces. And the trailers bragged a variety of vehicles. But those are not gameplay they were sequences. BF3 has frequent vehicle combat, destruction, and mostly everything they showed in the previews was more than just a one-time event in the campaign.

@jjoaman Try an HDMI cable. Even without one I don't see how you can't see the superiority of Battlefield's graphics. You might be right about xbox, I don't know, but on PS3 Battlefield is the clear graphics winner.
