one of the best songs in the world & one of the best harmony groups in the world put together to bring us, what i would call a legendary song that will live on forever.
How many roads must a man walk down, before you call him a man?Yes, how many seas must a white dove sail. Before she sleeps in the sand?Yes, and how many times must the cannon balls fly, before theyre forever banned?The answer, my friend, is blowin in the wind,the answer is blowin in the wind.
How many times must a man look up, before he can see the sky?Yes, how many ears must one man have, before he can hear people cry?
beautiful song about how we all wish the world should be. Iused to goto sleep to this recording as a child Its a sad but true fact the world can never be that way but it doent mean we shouldnt dream of it
Although it's nearly fifty years after their recording, my heart still skips a beat when Mary Travers's voice raises to the fervent wail in the song's final line (2:15 - 2:26). One of those rare beautiful songs that has had the power to change peoples' hearts. Thanks Bob Dylan; thanks Peter, Paul, and Mary.
I agee, the soul is is felt not seen necessarily! Thanks to SethralLavode99

One of 2 PP&M songs that more than most others I consider timeless classics; the other being "Puff The Magic Dragon".

Thank you for posting this song. It sounds like a studio version which I prefer over live versions.

@SethraLavode99
I like this original studio cut too, but the YouTube of a live performance, 1963 I believe is excellent, and very true to the studio version.
