  • Sadly, i lost my RG rx 78 beam sabers, both. I also lost the manual. How??

  • I used the email that was on my newer MG Kit boxes, I got the part replaced for my MG GN-X and my HG 1/100 Double X, they told me they allow up to 4 pieces free, then charge for anything after that, so I can still get 2 pieces free

  • @ncspacemonkey i think its 410 Yen. well, let see, the shipping price for 60 Yen part is 120 Yen, and for the manual (150 Yen), is 200 Yen. i think the shipping price is replaced by the most one, which is 200 Yen, so the total price is 60+150+200=410 Yen. in this case, rrobbert184 paid 450, so he got 2 pieces of 20 Yen worth stamp for exchange

  • is it possible to order replacement parts from outside of Japan?

  • @henritje19 Not from Bandai. You have to order, and pay for, replacement parts from online stores like Hobbylink Japan. The form included in the instruction manual is only for residents of Japan.

  • @MSGSlayer can you teach me how to do it? i have a MAJOR problem with my HGAW Gundam X. one of its satellite cannon flaps got broken (the peg that you connect on the rotating device on its backpack snapped and was left inside the hollow part of the flap) when a strong wind from the window blew it from my shelf and landed directly on the floor. with its flap broken, i can't display Gundam X on its satellite cannon mode or in hover mode. damn it T-T

  • how do you order parts if you live out side japan

  • @Cyberleader2002 You don't. You have to go find your missing part. Outside of japan has no way of doing it as easily as Rob did it.

  • @Cyberleader2002 you cant order

  • @Cyberleader2002 he said in his previous part and in some several videos that you cant. you have to live in japan

  • @Cyberleader2002 hobby link japan should have that service available, but the prices and the wait time for the parts could be highly unreasonable

  • i love your work

  • Repairing Exia Repair... then it wouldn't it be called Exia Repair 1.5?

  • Comment removed

  • @RonLarhz Btw its japan, their 'L's' are pronouced as 'R's'

  • I have been trying to get a replacement V fin + red jewel for my PG RX-178 MK II for the past 6 month with complete failure...

    What the fuck :( :( :(

  • how much was the shipping, i am asking my friend to do it for me, but he needs to know how to ship it and the price of shipping, thanks.

  • that tells me not to remove that from my mg exia

  • rrobert! do know about bandai replacing free gundam parts for free just by emailing them at badaicationkit@japan,co,jp something? they said they replace it for free even you are outside japan :D

  • how do you pay for it?

  • I'm a little confused. Where did the price of 450 come from? Or 430, as you said it should have been. In part 1 the part you needed was 60 +120 shipping, the manual was 150 + 200 shipping so the total for that is 530. I assume it has something to do with calculating shipping, but I don't quite see how you arrived at that total.

  • @ncspacemonkey Because the post office only sells the small money orders in fix denominations. So you have to buy the one that's closest to your price, but higher.

  • @rrobbert184 I didn't know about the fixed prices of the money orders. But still, just looking at the prices from your previous video, it looks like the total should be 530 but you said it was only 430. How did you actually get the total of 430?

  • @ncspacemonkey Sorry, I made that order a long time ago, and don't remember the details. And there's a good chance my math was off.

  • @rrobbert184 Ah ok. I have to make an order for a friend so that's why I'm wondering. Thanks.

  • i think ill just visit japan again and buy some parts from AKIBAHARA.

lots of gundam parts there... xD

  • how do you order a new manual?

  • dam nice stamp things and the way its packaged is nice and the manual dam i would pay extra everytime for a manual still in package

  • lol be careful not to break this one

  • so u can order parts if u know japenese, so u dont have to be in japan right?

  • you have to live in japan (have a japanese address), and go to a post office in japan to buy the money order. if not, you can't order this way i'm afraid.

  • do you live in japan

  • no its an japan only service. he says it in the video and its wrote it in the video discription.

  • holy shit O.O this is my 1st time seeing how the bandai plamo treat the customers, its sstifying although its a bit expensive for that 1 piece

(thx rrobbert,if it wasn't you,i will never know that section on the manual book are for ordering spare parts,i always thought it was decals or markers :P)

  • it's too bad that you can only order parts if you live in japan...

  • his hands are shaking when he reads the letter from bandai

  • Damn robert, way to make me jealous...

i have to think of a way to send a letter to them in japan now...

  • if he lives in japan, than he must know how to speak Japanese :)

  • he does if he didn't how would he order the parts on his own?

  • back then when i went to visit my grandpa when i bought a gundam replacement part. it came with the box with all the bubble thingy in it, but they didnt cut off the sprews/trees, they made the piece and put it in a brand new separate tree and it says what the item is

(A,B,C or watever with the number on the tab) and when i got my replacement part, i got a bandai candy. i paid about 120 yen with shipping

  • Bandai Candy?

  • its just these japanese candy that was made from bandai

  • If it is only for japan residents then how you get it?

  • He lives in Japan.
