@magiclordz heh reminds me of the fight i did with sephiroth on high lvl ai,i was like:OMFG!! i lvled up a shitload from doing a sephiroth of same lvl as me with highest setting of difficulty and better gil and reward too.

Dumbed down, weakened--basically, it's when you take something that's decent, powerful, or overpowered and replace it with utter crap (hence, Nerfing: Like replacing bullets with foam darts and blades with squishy flexi-swords). Often happens when someone complains that something's too difficult to beat, usually do to either lack of skill or faulty design.

"Hence" is basically the same as "thus" or perhaps "For this reason".

I think she's fairly balanced as well because she has a weaker constitution than the more physical fighters (e.g. Cloud, Squall, etc).

Terra's meteor could always be blocked. (tested by meeplelardice)

Holy tracks better and Blizzara has better range. Terra was buffed, not nerfed. CPU's stopped being dumb.

@margoghi Maybe because Terra is one of the few Cosmos fighters that mainly uses ranged attacks, but I could be wrong.

Her best move, Meteor can now be easily blocked/dashed and reflected back at her which destroys most of her combos. This nerf alone completely destroyed her
