I don't really like the buttons in my DC arcade stick so I'm going to switch them for micro switch Sanwa ones like you used. Can you recommend a good place to order them from in Europe?. I only need 6 black.
i hope im not late. try amazon i got one today. it was blaze it's 15 quid it aint fancy looking but its good. but u can get proper sega ones or hori for cheaper
I got the parts from a German shop located at arcadeshop. de, but I'm sure that those of you living outside of Europe should find cheaper shops on their respective continent.
seems great so far. What's the difference between the microswitch buttons and the regular ones though? the only one direcly visible to me was that they were concave instead of a convex, making it easyer to use i guess. Is the mechanism different?
Well, micro switches are more durable than most other mechanisms, and they tend to have a better, more precise feeling when you play with them (the latter is a little hard to describe, unless you have used one before^^).
Do you know if its possible to do this Arcade Stick mode to the Sega Saturn stick?

I am about to do this soon. So standard 30mm buttons do not fit? What tool would you recommend to widen metal plate? A dremel?

@food4damoon Hold the actual stick with one hand and turn the ball top counterclockwise with your other hand.
