The Aiptek can only shoot 1080p @ 30fps.  If you shot it at 60fps than it was 720p

The movie was shot at 60fps, he slowed it down to 30 which cut the speed in half. It's not super slow motion, but it is slower than actual.

Is that really playing back at 29.97? Use the Frame Rate converter. Convert it to HDV.

it isn't 60fps... it was shot in 60fps and then played back at 30fps to produce a slow motion video.
