  • I'm struggling with this on piano, mate you've got some crazy skills... Loving it! :D

  • Sweet ! Do you've got tabs ?

  • wow, bravo!

  • This is "pre-classical" ="before the classic" (baroque & neoclassic is for architecture). Anyway, real challenge, congratulations

  • so i gotta ask.... whats this baroque that everyones talkin bout? i speak english, im sorry

  • @Randomdudeudontkn0w

Baroque is an artistic period prevalent from late 16th century to the early 18th century in Europe. It is followed by Classicism..

  • Okay, to everyone with the "OMG IT'S BAROQUE DUDE" comments: by all means, please do continue to bitch about it as though you yourselves have never made a mistake before in your lives . For crying out loud, can you not just enjoy the fact that the song is being played beautifully, regardless of whether or not it's Baroque? I'm sure that he knows by now with the swamp of comments people keep making. Ease up as bit, okay? Just enjoy the music.

  • Excellent! It's a hard piece and you play it at a fast clip. Isn't it amazing how Bach turns on chords and goes to the strangest places but always makes it home? And always credibly and logically? The incomparable Master.

  • Actually, I like your performance more than all the other guitarists who posted their version on youtube. Not because you're a better guitarist (splitting hairs at this level, really), but because you played over a harpsichord and not some goddamned Trans-Siberia sounding orchestration. Simple and tasteful. Mature creative sensibilities and skilled attentive ear.

  • very good....

    good version...

    congrats....(but is baroque...XD)

    XD

  • this rocks! :D

  • Brilliant stuff! What a joy to hear Bach on electric guitar, played with such enjoyment and passion xxx

  • who cares what it's called. he nailed it.

  • BAROQUE & ROLL BABY !!!

  • We could say then... this is neo-baroque

  • Shqiptar je ti? E ke luajtur mrekullisht Badinerie-n :)

  • Awesome! Ilove this piece. Was it hard to learn and play?

  • That was amazing! :D

  • wooowwwwww man! niceeeeeeeee!

  • who fucking cares if it is barroque or neoclassical...

    you rock man

    it was amazing

  • I laugh at how the metal fans think anything classical played on a guitar is "Neo-Classical".

    Not even close pal.

  • Sweet chocolate hell, I think my brain just exploded from overexposure to AWESOME! The intensity of the guitar-gasms I am now having (to what is *literally* my favorite song in the entire world!) are astounding. Well done, sir! You deserve a large piece of cheesecake or sugary treat of your choosing!

  • nice guitar man!!

  • good good good! thumb up for you!:)

  • this completely doeas not match, from appereance he should sing techno rofl

Gracias

  • This version is gorgeous! Good job!

  • that.,.. was.... AWESOME!!!!!

  • aanig :D

  • esto es barroco!

  • being a flautist who can play this song, and a guitar player, i can say confidently that he played this song excellently.

Most if not all baroque music is open to interpretation. Any music scholar keeps an open mind when looking at music from this era and most can agree that there is no exact way a song should be played. Even the composers from this era thought this way.

Criticizing him for his 'incorrect' use of legato is ridiculous.

  • Very smooth play ..Cool!!

  • Wow, very nice job!

  • good legatos (Y)

  • except that legato is the exact wrong style...

  • @parquar: Ahh, every time a person publishes his/her own interpretation of a song, someone always comes and starts splitting hairs and nagging about the "CORRECT way to play" it...

This sounds good, it's the main thing. Everyone sure does recognise it as Badinerie - with or without legatos.

  • It isn't appearing as if he intends to play it legato but is rather not paying much effort to HOW he plays it. On guitar that way is the way it comes out if you don't go to special effort making it staccato. That isn't at all splitting hairs. The arpeggio section in the very beginning and its various repetitions sound really wrong legato

  • min 1:14 being off-key

    but amazing!

  • Magnifique...

  • lol

  • Nice ESP bro

  • it's no baroque, its classic :)

  • ... shut up ...

  • @deimuddastinktnachfi its baroque

  • It's baroque, but you played it amazingly anyway :D

  • clasic

  • Tocas muy bien!! Una pregunta, de donde obtuviste la pista?? Gracias!

  • omg, it sounds so nice man you did a great job

  • Awesome!

One of my favortie Bach's pieces.

  • this is so amazing!!

  • good job !

how much cost such a guitar?

  • That was great!

    UP THE IRONS!!!

  • neoclassical theme???? this is baroque ...

  • @korjser I think he just means how he is playing the lead part with distorted, electric guitar , like Yngwie Malmsteen and all that neo-classical metal stuff

  • @korjser By neoclassical he probably means classic thing played on elecric guitar

  • @korjser this is what happens when u don't pay attention in music class......

  • *owned

  • Very good! This is virtous stuff

  • Wonderful, fantastic..

  • Good job!!!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • Its not neoclassical, its BAROQUE!!!!!!!! bach is baroque, baroque is bach.

    :D

  • ok, fine quibbler, then its neobaroque :P

    good job man!!!

  • good job im impressed dude

  • hahahaha freaking awesome

  • very nice work ;)

  • Nice backingtrack .. Where did you get it? By the way, you play it very nice ..

  • Really nice.

  • Yea!!! you rock!!! good!!!

  • to me, that was perfect!!!

    great, man!

  • That was awesome, I would though try to play it even more staccato with super short notes, but it's totally a matter of personal taste and otherwise your phrasing is to my liking, love the trills

  • really nice phrasing. (you also have a good pick movement)

  • This is brilliant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You gotta upload tabs . Where did you learn to do it it .

  • Hi i think this is brilliant can please post the tabs for this brilliant video i beg of you

  • I don't play a fuck. I don't know much about music, but I know that this is a nice effort to play the Badinerie with an electric guitar. I'm sure J. S. Bach would be pleased to hear this version and even he would try to play himself. All what I'm saying is: This sounds nice, fuck off conservative cunts! Let it be!

  • damn...u dont need to comment it that long....

  • Excellent.

  • Better than Luis Moreno.

  • Excellent

  • shit that sounds good! keep it up

  • wow

    you got chops man

  • you're awesome!

  • ace :)

    yea its an m-II

  • wow

  • dude you rule, nice playing and sweet guitar too, and is that a packet of marlboro reds i see on your table?

  • I would love you to play in our ballet class :D

  • Wow, really great! My only critisicm would be your articulation. A little slurred.. I realise this is your own interpretation and all but thought i'd just point that out ;)

  • the most tastey version ive heard...

    great embellishments...

  • cool! i sing with choir and we SING that :)_

  • Very good job, try to get wingroove fortsynth, to play the midis. It worked for me.

  • misic sucks , nice guitar

  • hehe well done q: .. i luv playin it in superior-speed on piano ;P but i suck at the 2nd part .. anyways .. u did it nice =)

  • Wow, really nice!

  • Awesome. Did you learn by tabs or ear? If the prior, where can I obtain them?

  • Nicee workk dude that sounds fukin mad keep it up

  • Very nice, It's hard to get classical music to sound this good on E. Guitar

  • hi! pretty good: the sound, the fingering, the timing... :) may i know whether this is a backing track that you have or this is the original JS Bach playing in the back (i thought it was a flute in the original Badinerie)

very interested in learning this now... :)

  • Best version I've seen. Excellent

  • Great work !

  • lower in octave than the lead flute original but still good

and better than that last kid who did it

  • Finally, someone playing classical music on electric guitar that sounds GOOD.

  • Devoid of any emotion

  • yes, so what?^^ this is no lyrical piece, its a dance and focused entirely on movement.

  • work on the ominous staccato in the first phrase.. otherwise very nice. overall best performance of this piece on el. guitar! keep it up!!!

  • guapiiiisima interpretacion

  • cool, have you tabs for it?

  • thats awesome, one of the best versions

  • very nice bro!

  • not bad man
