We got some guys in Australia my friend. you may have already checked by now considering your post was 5 months ago..but if you haven't check the Senshido forum, and just ask ;)
Im a poker player, I understand human behavior. I'm starting to like this Senshido stuff... I'm looking for a new club, I gotta search for some Senshido.
My pleasure man! I was part of the first generation of students back in the time when Rich, Helen, Spiff, Bertrand, Kais, Noor, Danny were teaching. Mark assisting Rich, and George being the kickboxing teacher. I really have to start again and overcome my fears/doubts.. this is really a fun place to train at.
And like I said, I have to this day not encountered anything that comes even close to this place. For the intensity of the workout, the quality of the teaching, the evolution process behind it and the fact that it simply works.
I was not the best fighter there far from it.. but what I learned saved my ass big time in a few occasions. Regardless of my doubts about my abilities. Anyway, thanks for continuing to share to others what represents a valuable life experience for me. God Bless!
You got it. Sorry for the late reply, running a business and teaching people to kick ass, sometimes things have to be put on the back burner, thanks for the comment, peace.
What Kenny means is that it is not everything to learn "what to do" when someones comes up to you with a sucker punch.. What is important also, is to see everything that occurs BEFORE the sucker punch. In the streets, people are driven by anger, by their emotions, so its important to note he physiologiacl changes that will occur, the facial expression that changes, the blood rush (to the face or to the body, depending.. so face gets red or white..)
Guh, what is a very pumped up Eric saying during the first 40 seconds of the clip?? Very nice awareness and prempt. At first I thought Eric was the Aggressor til the cam picked up on the blade that Kenny dropped :D...What does Dans la Rue mean BTW?
He's explaining the facial changes and body language that happens before an attack. You can hear him say "sucker punch." And, "dans la rue," means in the street, or on the street. I took Senshido for a while, then ran out of money. When I can, I'll go back.

The fact that you took senshido shows that you DO have guts and you're open minded. Thanks for the comment.
