OFFICIALLY it is LUCHIA and RINA, although it technically can be RUCHIA or LINA, there is no real difference. it doesn't even matter. although in the manga it's spelled RUCHIA and RINA, so, yeah...

And technically, it should be Lucia, just so people know. They put a ch in there because that's how it would go in Italian. There's no distinction between L and R in Japanese, so actually it can be either. I'm pretty sure that officially it's Rina and Lucia though.

The closest comparison would be the Panthalassan males, like Gaito and Kaito. Also, various other male sea demons are shown, but none are mermen. They're just fish with extra power.
