  • every so often you sound like arnold swartsnegger (i no spelt worng, sew me) lol

  • Thanks for the Tutorial, been wanting to know how to do this for a while.

  • The first 6 minutes can be boiled down to "Prefabs are your friends, know basic angle geometry, and ALT+right click is my new best friend and refer back to the previous point for pointers."

  • Great video!

  • its cool. i wish it worked for me, im trying to do this for HL2 and the textures arent shifting like they should. i follow your instructions exactly as you say them but it still makes that road straight into the curve.

  • @ComicAzie i like how it didnt work the first time. But thank you so much ive always wanted to make a good city map, now i can.

  • What road texture are you using?

  • Alex, I think you're a very skilled and cool dude, but I hate to break it to you man, your video tutorials are way too slow. If you're going to repeat a simple process multiple times, skip forward. You don't have to confirm it every time you create a brush, nor do you have to inform us - once more - that we can now position it accordingly.

If you could, speed your tutorials up a bit, a lot more people will keep their attention span, and you'll waste less time. So please, take my advice. Thanks.

  • what bachelor degree do you have?

  • love your vids!!! it sounded like you said for walrus at 14:13

  • I hope one of these road tuts are how to make organic rural roads like you see in the HL2 series.

  • Awesome tutorial dude!
