Funny. This isn't the entire video. What this excerpt does not show is that there were multiple people pelting the agent with rocks, including the one who got shot. Yes, the kid who was hit appears to be(at the point that he was shot) out of effective rock throwing range, but that is difficult to discern when you're getting hit with rocks and you don't know which one of them is hitting you.

Most are very hard working. But the ones I do have a problem with are the ones who try to cross illegally or smuggle drugs in. Alot of them have criminal backgrounds!
