i looked this up cause some niggaz stole my moped a little while ago and the cops found it a couple houses down laying on its side fuck if i see them bitches again they getting a 12 gage aimed at there fucking head!

The steering locks can be broken in seconds and the ignition plug can be pulled out and the bike started... can be done by an amatuer

I've had my moped stolen two times by the infamous "'Niggaz" (black people are not "Niggaz", niggers are black people without careers and nothing to do with their life who plague their local community with their theft and anti social behaviour)

You unplug the cable thats connected to the ignition barrel, and kick start it, done.
