  • Wow raw? I'm vegan and doing p90x , Its tough to follow the nutrition guide as it is, but being raw must be even harder. But that is great! keep at it. I am on week 6 doing doubles. Plyo does not get easier, haha. What i do sometimes is, do ab ripper x on cardio days, OR, i do it in the morning. Hope that helps :)

  • My right hip pops during in and outs and stuff like that too. It really sets me back during ab ribber x! i hate it!

  • Green smoothies! Hurray! Awesome sister! :) I'm a raw foodie! How's your core/ab workouts? Are you doing Core Synergestics? It helps if you add it..be patient until your core strength builds up.

  • I could not do Abripper until I placed a small throw pillow under my low back. I put my hands under the pillow for even more support on occasion, but as time goes by, I can get by without this technique. Fifer scissors are helped by this also.

  • I'm on day 12 and I'm having the same problem with the Bicycles when doing Ab Ripper. So what I do is complete as many as I can until I start to feel the pain, and then just do regular crunches until it's time for Crunchy Frog.

    I notice I can do more reps of the Bicycles each time, so eventually I should be able to do them all. Hope that helps!

    Go build those guns! hahaha. . :) Love the vids! Ab-ripper X is definitely a tough one.. not easy for anyone. Do you have a good yoga mat or something to do the Ab-ripper X on? Its a must! Dont worry the pain goes away! (sort of! Haha)..

  • Thanks! I have been having issues with youtube uploading videos. but I am up to date now.

    I am doing Ab Ripper on my yoga mat on short carpet. The pain is just the back, I wish my abs hurt more the next day - haha.
