@AkLG5 The essex has way more torque. 145hp and 210tq. Where the Vulcan at the time had 145hp and 160tq. The owner has now drop a stroked newer 3.8 in it. So it's a 4.2 v6 now. He has been playin' around with it since like 2003.

well i never said my 3.0 was stock but there only minor mods.and as far as what the owner has done to the car so far is really awesome.and i respect the fact that he picked something out of the ordinary to make a fast car with.

Get a SHO and supercharge that. Forged internals stock, all you need is boost.

It's a 3.8 liter Essex V6, so it's not a SHO. It's probably a GL. MAYBE an LX.
