There is a pattern, except for the chords - after the chords the rhythm remains the same, it's like a beat that's almost immediately after one of the two beats (two notes hit together). Pai seh, pai seh :)

and i just want to add one thing in the 2nd part, its almost similar as from 0:30 and the beats get crazy afterwards we should not follow the first part as we will mess up some people mess up and they dont really know how to get back to the beat i managed to pass evans at 800k after realising my mistakes i have been making the same error for quite a long time.

the strategy to pass evans is to get as much points as possible in part 1. part 2 u have to study the pattern if u want to get a full combo

actually....... the 2nd part of evans, u must not follow the 1st part. it goes in an order ive looked through it several times and found tht the pattern was actually not as easy as the beats go in 2 at once tht is how u all lose the points

@igorstevic1 That's funny, cause I actually got like 86k-87k after studying the first half, full combo-ing it, then applying that rhythm to the second part, with the typical "trance-syncopated" notes in between the melody, along with the big beats.

@igorstevic1 The melody does come in 2 panels, not just one. What I was trying to say is that the melody rhythm is the same, and they still come in 2s, but not necessarily at the same position. What makes the hands way busier are the "trance-syncopated" notes in between, as such: "2 1-2 1-2 1-2 1-2 2". Then, for the big beats, you just add 2 more, along with 1 notes of whatever rhythm they come in. Of course, towards the end, you get some variations, such as the drum rolls/scratches.

Of course, I'm not saying that it will gurantee you anything, but I myself have tried to view the first half in such a way and am now able to make up to over 400 combos almost everytime - because I know exactly how, not just by luck.

So, that's my suggestion as to how to tackle this almost "unfair" pattern of Evans. Thank you.

Instead, we just try to guess what the order/location is and just mash the buttons, because we are so nervous that even the easy spots "feel" hard, or even easy to miss. What we need to do before anything is to view the pattern the way we would view any other patterns. That way, we can approach it in a normal way, not like, "Eek!!! It's THE Evans!!!". (continued)

The biggest challenge about this pattern is NOT because of how hard it actually is, (though mind you, it IS very, very hard) but mostly because of how "infamous" it is. Because of that, most people (including me) get a little overreactive about the pattern and can't hit even the slower, easier spots correctly. That prevents most of us from even taking the time to study the patterns and make sense of it in our minds, picturing our hand motions. (continued)

Ahh , Treeko you have experienced what i experienced.

although i have like close to 500 plays of this. which is Evans , i cleared the 1st time , and failed some other few times.

so i have failed too, no worries. play more of this as the last tune. as it will not be wasted in that situation.

as of to play Evans as your final tune. then nth wrong when you fail. ^^ den more plays. when your at sure pass. all 3 tunes keep playing. can get to B or even A. ^^ Haha. i still on A as the best rating. :D
