We did this in high school (ours was better) but nice job! Soloist's pitch was on...except what sort of sadistic choir director makes her girls wear glittery tent dresses?? Especially for a song like this.

the soloist hit the high notes so well! compared to a lot of the soloist on here. ya the song has been sped up. i did it in 2003 with my GSHS choir lot slower so pretty, butj our soloist sounded vry similar. wish i had CDs

it was okay.

the soloist was good but she sang to pop-y if that makes any sense. the singers weren't very together some people sounded like they wanted to be soloists.

my church choir, the biggest highschool church choir in the country sings it way better. oh yeah sometimes it sounded way too speeded up.

it's probly speeded up becos that's how they decided to make it. teachers have the ability to change up the song how they please. if all choirs sang the songs the same exact way, there'd be no difference.

This is probably 1 of the better versions of this song i've heard on youtube. Soloist was Great, very pretty voice. I have to say though there is an Alto who sounds good but sticks out a bit too much. Great Job overall

Wonderful costumes! Great soloist. Cameraman did a terrific job too. It is nice to see young people dressed up nicely and expressing thier love of music.

I love this video. That same year as a senior at Garner Senior High School, my womens chorale did this song at christmas..Sammie was our soloist, she was great. she sounded like your soloist she has a beatiful voice by the way. this song always makes me cry! thank you for posting it.
