@computer100 I walk in planning to get drunk... not dance... and then... BAM I'm a little buzzed... I'm all loose... and I start dancing... what I noticed is that there are only a few really good dancers at any one time... the others are just part of the pulsing room... giving in to the power of the bass... get loose... then just feel it... and move... then watch some more of these videos.

@eddieguererro46 For Pitbull, I cover something call Latin style stepping. Body waves and shoulder rolls also work really well, especially if you're dancing with a girl. For Sean Paul, a harder rock is better - and rock 3 times to one side since his song sometimes goes that way.

keep practicing, and listen to different songs use lessons on you tube and go to public dance classes it will help you to relax be more confident and at least be able to fake it till you make it, eventually youll go on auto pilot and be having fun lessons are the key confidence comes from practice and having fun
