From experience I know that the people who immigrate are the ones that can't make it in their own countries, the ones without education mostly, those who have a degree usually choose to remain in their mother land although they also tend to immigrate when things are too bad. In the end it's not the people's fault, it's the government's fault, there will always be poor and rich countries.
