You're putting out a lot of effort on this, but your form is really far off on some of these.
You need to straighten out your back on the planks.
Also on all the exercises with your legs raised, they should be a lot straighter. I realize that this is much more of a hamstring flexibility issue than an abdominal strength issue, but I'd go slower and work on it. Speeding through ab workouts only cause you to make less progress.
dude anyone with an average body can get an 8pack (not 6- 6 is for posers) in about 2months of hard work. needa be prepared to put in the effort though. also the dude punching at the begining is so swag, what kinda punches were those? lol

I run a facility which obtains all the necessary data that can determine that information, I would need to know the following to make an accurate assessment for you : Your weight-your bodyfat - your lean body mass (Muscle) Your water retention level, how you eat, do you eat good food? How many times a day you eat? And of course your BMR Basel metabolic rate .
(How many calories a day your body burns). Most good trainers would want to have this info, and use it to get you to your fitness goals in the time he/she determines

Ive been following this one for the past month n a half now. My improvement in strength is really amazing! Apart from that, my obliques are really startin to show well.
I just modified the routine a bit from today actually, once im done with this entire workout i add a couple of sets of muscle conditioning.
My bro punches my abs for 20 seconds x3 while im standing. Then i do crunches while he gives me 6 punches at the top of each crunch...5 x3sets
