the meat can be either beef fillet or lam sirloin and marination is onion juice, you should grate onion and press it to get the juice out.

can someone please translate! what kind of meat is this? and whats the marination?

@thefixer83 I think the kind of the meat is tenderloin and the marinate is made of onion-water and salt and saffron.
