Anong pangalan yong gamot na pangpakunat? Thanks Galing mo talaga..Saan ko kayo matatagpuan sa Pinas pag uwi ko?
Hello, I like watching you making Lumpia wrapper. saan tayo maka bili ng lutuan niyan? at pa paano, ang dough nya pag-gawa.., na parang rubber? Will you give me a tip. How to make a dough? I'm from abroad. at walang mabibli dito ng ganyang lutuan. Thank you for reading my message. Pls. email me at jda6391@yahoo.com I luv ur show. thnx 4 sharing this one.
hypnotic to watch how good he is!! I so wonder exactly what the batter recipe. I've made lots of lumpia wrappers, and have experimented with lots of ratios but have never come up with anything that will behave the way this batter does making it possible...with LOTS of practice to do what the virtuouso in this video does! If anyone has such a recipe...I would so love to have it! (and begin to try ...)
that's what i'm talking about using the old fashion way....5 at a time or more, awesome. I've done to 2 square flat pans, 2 burners...wow...impressive! Hate it when some ppl use crepe type grills...think this is an artform!!!
I've seen someone in Imus market do this in front of me. Got so obsessed with making lumpia wrappers myself, I had to buy Andrea Nguyen's book "Asian Dumplings". Too bad the Imus market guys prepare their dough by feel, no exact measurements... Now I will try doing this at home. Will post it in my blog. ;)
i saw an actual making of this sa palengke, where d person doing this is a dark guy wearing sando, tapos hinahalo nya ng mano mano yung isang banyera na punong puno pa at take note using hiw OWN arms at lumulubog hanggang sa halos umabot sa buhok ng kilikili nya! nyaaaaaaaahahahaha i grade sorry ha pero dugyot pa mandin look at ayos nung guy, no towels to wipe his sweat! gosh! since then nawalan ako ng gana sa lumpia!
I remember the gut from our town market....the old guy we used to see do this stuff everyday while we pass by on our way tp school (^_^) !!!I believe this video is shot in the Philippines!!CAuse the sign board says Lumpia Wrapper!!!Nice video!!!Tc!!
wow! good job! nakakaaliw syang panoorin:) i cant believe na isa isa nyang ginagawa yan. napansin nyo ba yung girl na nakaupo sa loob ng shop? tinatakpan nya ang mukha nya sa camera..she's annoying! akala mo naman sikat! haha..
there is a recipe on here for the wrap but the inside is what ever meat you like sauted with soy sauce and garli( to taste) and carrots green peas or really what ever you like...I like white rice..eggs and broccolli with garlic powder
@tierouz ...I dont go by one...you just cut the meat you want...real small...use soy sauce and garlic pwder...taster every so often till you are fine with it...leave the sauce in...use a bag of frozen peas and carrotts...cut up some cabbage...cook it all together...then drain......and the one I said I really liked its simple..white rice...scrambled eggs and brocclii cooked with garlic powder...mix thoghter...wrap and enjoy!!
Sift the flour into a bowl. In another bowl, mix the salt with the water. Add 1 cup of salted water to the flour to make a stiff dough. Beat the dough hard against the sides of the mixing bowl to soften and make it elastic. Add more of the water to soften the dough. Continue beating and adding water until the mixture becomes very elastic and has a consistency of heavy cream.
Use only enough water to achieve this consistency. Heat a frying pan greased with pork fat and pour in about 2 tablespoons of the thin batter, tilting the pan to spread the batter as thin as possible. Turn the wrapper when it can be freed from the frying pan And fry quickly on the other side. Remove from pan. Do the same with the rest of the batter.
Tell me how many cups. do I put.., Pork fat, or grease..? or tell me the measure of pork grease... in 3 cups of flours? etc...,I am looking forward for your answer.
