what is the medical use of alcohol, cigarettets...the data that it kills is here but guess what it is legal because of money. along with the medical value of it , there are recreational values as well. The people should petition for the unrational decision that was made by certain companies to get cannabis out lawed in the first place. Truth"If you dont want your kids doing it then keep it away from them. same with cigarettes and alcohol. 5000 years of useage is enough to know our gov is wrong

I am a 5 deployment survivor and I say that as I have survived 5 wartime deployments. I suffer with extreme ptsd, depression, anxiety, insomnia. Medical Cannabis has helped me in ways I can barely explain. I do not drink anymore now or do other self destructive things. I am all for legalization especially for us vets.

wow dumb. veterans hate you ,pharmicutical company's .when i was taking the meds they gave me for ptsd i attempted suicide 6x's , started smoking and improved my relationship with my son and wife and even stopped drinking because mj made me relize how much i didnt need to drink , people who have never been in combat like to tell you what works all the time . i dont get it.

also FDA approved medications you say? I'm assuming you mean marinol, a product with the main ingredient being Tetrahydrocannabinol....but according to the government marijuana and thc serve no medical purpose, so why are you producing a drug with "no medical purpose" for medical purposes? could it be because you can patent it, and you can't patent a plant from nature?
