Vastatosaurus rex is the fictional descendant of Tyrannosaurus rex and is the largest predator on the fictional Skull Island, based on Peter Jackson's movie King Kong. The sculpture is based on the original created at the Weta Workshop in New Zealand, which I believe is still on display in the Weta Workshop lobby.

The full name is Vastatosaurus Rex (Ravager-lizard king). The difference between t-rex and v-rex; the v-rex is bigger but with a relativly small head, three finger on each hand and shorter legs with bigger feet.
