It all depends on two things: the RF of your vehicle, and the port tuning of your box.... My loudest tone is 43 hz .... But for other cars it could be much different because of the different airspace.
Even having your glove box open, or shut, affects the RF of your car, and overall, your bass.
All you have to do find the half way point between your port tuning, and your resonant frequency, and balance those two ratios until you'll have the loudest noise on your system.
