@EpicBluuNinja - Because alot of the masking was absolutely dreadful and the video didn't keep up to speed in any way. Plus it's a very annoying song that sounds like it's on someones old record player. If you had seen true editing then maybe you would be able to understand why people dislike it. I honestly don't understand why so many people DO like it. I think it's horrendous to be frank.

@Thenewfallingsacred Oka i'm gettin the feelin that we've watched two completely different videos because what i see it totally different from what you see. The timing seems on point especially with the characters singing the words. I'll agree that the song wouldn't be my favorite choice, but hey it's his video and of course everyone is titled to there own opinion. But to me this video is FLIPPIN AWESOME!!! :D

@EpicBluuNinja - Obviously we must be looking at it from completely different worlds. I've been editing and judging for 7 years and I know what great masking looks like and there are quit a few points in this video where the masking was the mark of a beginner. They used feather on something that didn't need to have it and as a result it came out blotchy and unclean. The timing on the singing is not the problem; the lack of creativity in the fast parts was the problem.

@EpicBluuNinja - There is nothing wrong with enjoying judging peoples editing progress. It helps them to improve and I remember a time when I was really serious about learning to edit on my own. Someone had to give me some tough critiquing before I was able to start editing good. I don't do it as a bad thing and judging isn't serious to me, it's just a way to help other people if they want it.

They were cut from the original source and placed where the video editor wants. Basic cut, crop, and overlay. Can be learned easily depending on how you're doing it.

Most people who create amvs don't release tutorials. Although, many online animators do create tutorials that help teach in editing and such.

As for the video, it is easy to see how it was made. Very basic in design, but the sequencing is planned out very well. This isn't exactly my type of AMV, but I do admit whoever made this did a great job. It takes dedication and time to be as exact as this amv is.

Ever heard someone say 'the fire will die soon' or 'the noise in the crowd just won't die down'? It's using 'die' as another way to say stop, dim, end, dissappear, etc. The title is saying their will, or beliefs will not stop no matter what. That they won't give up. They used they word spirit as another way to say 'their will', and used die to say 'won't dissappear'.
