Uhhh......I can't remember the last time they made a action game where the storyline involved Lemmy and Rob so, there not just making it with a bunch of "famous" people, Metal is one thing, they are taking the legends and putting them in the game soley for the fact to make it more awesome, to have Jack Black, thats cool, but to have all of those people and plus some more that they have not told us about....your missing the whole point.

Take all the greats and put them in one catogory, that is called Metal.

Sub-genres spawn from this because of influence and greatness.

Opeth are about half acoustic prog rock and half death metal, so I wouldn't blame you for not calling them true metal, but there's no way you can say Nevermore or SYL aren't metal.
