@loui0008 This juicer came from Ireland. I recently bought a Philips juicer for a local lady here in Spain which cost 100 euro and works very well. i don't remember the exact model, but you will know by the price.
What you say about the motions , and the Hemp seed oil, confirms what I've been thinking about this - that I should add Chia seed meal into some of my juice , for the omega's , but also for the movement of stool.
Thankful that Day 5 is over though I'm still experiencing a dry, white tongue (which makes me crave lots of water) and have a sore throat (ongoing for 2 days now). I'm not deterred from the feast, actually it makes me want to continue even more. Quick question - is it OK to juice the night before? I've only done this once, but I'm wondering how much of the nutrients dissipate the longer the juice sits? I usually have to make all of my juices for the day in the morning because I work full time.
@CrawWalts if you crave water, drink water. get a tongue scraper and use it every morning upon waking. Best to drink the juice as soon as possible after making. if you have to bring it with you to work, have it in a cooler bag and sealed in glass bottles or jars. How long are you planning to do?
@BeYourPotential No worries there - I'm downing as much water as I can and scraping and brushing my tongue at least twice a day. I drink my morning juice asap and refrigerate the rest during the day. So the most the juice sits is for about 8 hours. I'm planning on going for 75 days and then slowly, very slowly transitioning back to whole raw foods. I've already noticed benefits emotionally and physically so I'm really excited to see what days 10, 45, 75, etc will bring :)
@CrawWalts Cool, keep us updated. If you make any videos then you can post them to us as a video response. Doing a daily vlog really helps the motivation! : )
Matthew and Victoria,. thanks for bringing us on your juicing journey. I'm learning lots and am curious to see what sorts of results you get. Wish I could join you. Best of luck!
Thank you for your helpful videos? Where did you buy this juicer? I also live in Spain, but don't think they can send it here.

I love this breathing exercise. I especially love doing barefoot. I just feel so energized like I'm sharing strength with the earth itself :)
