I am a middle class white male , Take this how you want , I live in the city , the people that I see doing well around me , have a good family structure , black and white , the people that I see not doing well , in jail , have illegitimate children , on drugs , ect., black and white , come from a single parent family , my suggestion to young people starting out , is , find love , get and stay married , together , save for a good down payment on a house ,, and then have children , success for all
