It's cruel but tbh a slaughterhouse death is worse as the cattle know they're about to die and often panic but theres nothing they can do about it. At least here they have a chance (albeit a very small one) of killing or goring the matador and getting some payback (and winning their freedom). Also they are well fed and reared for months prior to the bullfight. In Portugal, a professional butcher kills the bull post-fight which for me is the best solution.

Certain things need to be stamped out. Slavery used to be accepted, as did drilling a hole in your skull to cure a headache - although someone like you would probably see no problem with either.

It's cruel but tbh a slaughterhouse death is worse as the cattle know they're about to die and often panic but theres nothing they can do about it. At least here they have a chance (albeit a very small one) of killing or goring the matador and getting some payback (and winning their freedom). Also they are well fed and reared for months prior to the bullfight. In Portugal, a professional butcher kills the bull post-fight which for me is the best solution.

hey im an american and i think that this is great. to me it is an ancient sport that is fantastic. the bull fighter and the bull seem to have a connection that u can see as they stare each otehr down its great. the only people who hate this sort of thing in america are the liberals who are like save the trees instead of U.S marines. a tree's life so much more important. anyway. heres 1 american who thinks this is not just a sport but a tradition. a great one at that

Overwhelmed by the spectacle I enjoyed the Corrida.I wasn't thinking of the cruelty.After three visits my opinion changed and I saw it for what it is,exploitation of the Bull and the Matadors' courage,and a cruel bloodthirsty spectacle.I take it you have never been to a Corrida.Never mind.
