In Robot Chicken Star Wars, Jar Jar meets Anakin again when he is Darth Vader and he still treats him like in Episode 1 and annoys and embarrasses him, and eventually Darth Vader kills him but he comes back as a ghost and continues to annoy him. Also in The Force Unleashed he is frozen in carbonite in Ozzik Sturn's trophy room on Kashyyyk. But obviously Robot Chicken Star Wars isn't canon at all and the one frozen in carbonite in The Force Unleashed could be any random Gungan.
