I tried to simplify the software on the Megadrive, as it is harder and takes more time to develop and debug.
If I have time in a near future, I'll try to implement a FAT driver. Unfortunately, I write in assembler. C source code available for FAT would make this step much easier.

Fantastic! About time someone set about this! Just curious though, why opt for your own operating system rather than use FatFs? Is it simpler to do so?

La consola puede estar cerrada perfectamente. De hecho eso es lo que mola. Pero para desarrollarlo es más cómodo así.
El mod lo tengo hecho, por supuesto ;-)

muy chachi el proyecto ! te lo has currado a tope.
La única cosa fea q le veo es el tema de tener la consola abierta, por lo demás, estupendo.
Ahora solo te falta el mod de los 60hz para disfrutar a tope ! hehe
