It's true how kids these days do not appreciate the veterans who fought in the early wars and even present wars.

I'm only 18 but i am working on getting my major in History and becoming a teacher, hopefully a professor.

Idk about other branches of the military, but the Air Force requires a high school degree. I assume it's for the other branches of military too.

WWII veterans deserve all kinds of recognition.. i truly respect them!.. its sad that kids these days know Nothing about it.

damn straight. I go to HS and on d-day, veterans day, memoral day, pearl harbor. or any event kids dont know. they dont give a fuck. very few people do, like me. my grandpa was on omaha beach june 6th, 1944.
