We weren't even notified that lot rent was due on the 1st. For 20 years it was always due on or before the 5th. Now they say I owe a past due fee of $25. BUT, most importantly, how are the people, like my mom and sister who are on disability, supposed to pay their lot fees before the 1st when they don't get their checks until the 3rd? Are you trying to weed out certain people? $500 a month for what!?! You people make me sick.
