Thank you for that fantastic tutorial! I just started using solidworks and bought the SolidWorks 2011 book which covers beginner to advanced topics, and is very comprehensive. I often use the book as a reference to go through.

As a matter of fact, if you pull interpolation points of C2 splines, you will easily create a low level curve.
If you use the so called "splines", they should be at least C3.
Also your blending between surfaces is not reaching the high quality needed for these kind of shapes.
